About The Property
Regal Park Apartments located on Hurstbourne Lane conveniently located just off of I-64 was built back in 1972. They have spacious 1,2, and 3 bedrooms. They have a variety of amenities residents can enjoy that include sparkling pool, fitness center, and clubhouse. They are presently working on a rebrand of the community, and they are undergoing renovations on the property both interior and exterior. So stay tuned and be on the lookout for a "face lift" at the property!
Mel Hatcher has been in the industry for the past 7 years. She started out as a leasing consultant, bookkeeper, assistant property manager, and now property manager. She has been able to adapt to changes and loves taking on new challenges. Mel loves to help people. She loves meeting and getting to know her residents. She considers her staff to be like family and is very thankful for her team. She knows it starts with them. Originally from Austin Texas, Mel has made Louisville her second home. In her spare time she enjoys spending it with her family and running. She has just completed her 10th half marathon.
