The LAA is a non-profit trade organization to support the legislative, educational and professionalism of the multi-family housing industry. 

Louisville Apartment Association is a non-profit trade organization that exists to promote the professionalism and common business interests of those who own, manage, develop or supply goods and services to the multi-family residential housing industry. The purpose of the LAA is to enhance the knowledge, respectability, political influence and success of its members so that they may provide apartment residents with the efficient, professional operation of convenient, quality, comfortable living.
