Since 1966, the Louisville Apartment Association has proudly represented all facets of the multifamily housing industry in the Greater Louisville area. Today, we continue our mission of improving the professionalism of those in the multifamily housing industry by building relationships and promoting growth between those involved in ownership, management and suppliers of products and services to the industry. Our affiliation with the National Apartment Association assures that LAA members receive information on the most current industry trends, legislation and educational opportunities.
