Ashton Brook Apartments offers 274 units. The community was fully renovated in 2017 and now includes a 24 Hour Fitness Center, Gourmet Outdoor Kitchen, Outdoor Fire Pit Station, Bark Park, and a brand new pool opening in 2022!
Community involvement is a top priority at Ashton Brook! They do monthly Community Events for their residents. 2021 Community events included a Muffin to Do BUT Appreciate Mom, Neighborhood Summer Carnival, Pop In For Popsicles, Halloween Spooktacular Double Feature, and a Drive-By Thanksgiving Dinner! In addition, they also host weekly food trucks!

Chase Lauder has been in the industry for 8 years. She started her career in Florida. She studied Acting in college before getting into property management. Over the years, Chase has been involved in every level of property management including Leasing Consultant, Leasing Manager, Assistant Community Manager, and now Community Manager.
