The community is a short drive from Jefferson Memorial Forest and right down the road from Iroquois Park and Amphitheater. This beautiful community features spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and is located centrally to popular dining, shopping, and entertainment retailers in the area.
Jamie Beverly is the Property Manager for Austin Park. She has been in the multi-family industry for 5 years and started her career as a Leasing Agent in Lexington, KY. She has managed multi-family communities in Alabama, Indiana, and Kentucky and currently sits on the Manager’s Key Council with the LAA. Jamie loves the unpredictable nature of property management and takes pride in bringing a community together. She hosts monthly resident events and team meetings to maintain positive relationships between staff members and residents within the community!
Savanah Head is the Assistant Manager at Austin Park and has 5 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Savanah has a fierce reputation for keeping operations organized while maintaining positive relationships with her residents. She cares for her residents, her team, and her community (and it shows)!
Dee Kamenish is the Leasing Agent at Austin Park and has 10 years of multi-family experience. Dee is resident-oriented and strives to provide excellent customer service to our residents, prospects, and guests. Dee goes above and beyond for her community and is a blessing to work with!

With Maintenance Technicians Mike Stewart, James Spencer, and Joey Curtsinger, the Austin Park maintenance team has over 50 years of combined maintenance experience! Each team member has specialized maintenance skills that create an impressive and knowledgeable crew. The Austin Park maintenance team is a great asset to the community!
