Kathy Mattingly is the Community Manager at The Avenue. She started with Brookside as a Leasing Agent in 2009 and quickly worked her way into her current role. She has led multiple renovations projects, several properties, and continuously grown her experience in Property Management. Kathy worked with another Management company for several years but then returned home to her Brookside Family as the Community Manager for The Avenue Highlands in October 2018.
