About The Property
Avoca Apartments are located in the Historic Berrytown neighborhood minutes from Anchorage and Middletown. They completed construction of Phase 1 in December of 2020. Avoca offers 240 apartment homes with floor plans featuring 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with beautiful natural light, spacious living rooms, and full kitchens complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large pantry.
Phase II is under construction and will feature 168 new apartments with three new floorplan's beginning in November 2022. Amenities include; a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center and cyber cafe, and pet park. Additional amenities are slated to be installed with Phase II. Avoca is one of J Turner's top 10 in ORA for Louisville, KY and has continued to maintain a score in the 90's since opening.

Amanda Givan was recently promoted to Regional Manager for Cardinal Group Management. She started her career nine years ago in Bowling Green, KY as a Leasing Consultant and has held every office position during that time and most recently was Area Community Manager. Amanda has managed communities from a 23 year old value-add to brand new Class A lease-ups. Amanda is an active member of the Louisville Apartment Association and is the Co-Chair for the Managers Key Council. She holds the Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association as well as her National Property Compliance Certification from Novogradac.
