Heather Miller is the Property Manager at Boulder Creek Apartments. She has been with Brown Capital for twelve years, and she was promoted to the role of property manager in 2016. She is outgoing and charismatic which allows her to interact, engage, and execute the various responsibilities of her job. Her experience with this dynamic family owned company has given her great opportunities to grow internally with the company and make lifelong friends with coworkers over the years.

She mostly enjoys traveling the property to ensure that the exterior feels welcoming and inviting. She also feels that as a manager you must get out from behind the desk in order to know what is going on in your community. She prides herself on keeping her property at a high occupancy rate as well, and feels that she achieves that goal by giving the residents an “at home feel.” As the property manager, Heather plans on continuing to help each and every resident to have a seamless transition into their new home and start a new chapter of their lives
