Nicole Grenier is the Community Manager at Brookside. She has worked in property management for just over two years and has loved every minute of it. She came into leasing with a medical billing and collections background. She had a very customer service focused background with a bubbly personality and hated only getting to interact with customers who were angry to be paying a medical bill.
Nicole started with IRT as a Leasing Professional at Brookside because she wanted to help customers who were excited to work with her. She instantly knew that it was a perfect fit. She quickly moved into the Assistant Manager role at Brookside, where her billing and collection experience came in handy. |

After a little over a year in that position, she was promoted to Community Manager and has been in that role for about 5 months now. She enjoys digging deeper into learning the ins and outs of
