This makes the apartments feel like more of a community and provides residents with a sense of home. The property is just a hop, skip and a jump away from Oxmoor Mall, Mall of St. Matthews, Springhurst and multiple dining and entertainment venues. Their friendly staff takes pride in the beauty of Canter Chase and loves being apart of the PMR team.

Tucked away on an old tree farm in Lyndon, Canter Chase offers one, two and three bedroom apartment homes fully equipped with all appliances, updated fixtures and open floor plans. Canter Chase also offers a variety of amenities that residents can enjoy, including a basketball court, tennis court, sparkling pool, racquetball court and a huge gym!
Whitney Vechery is the Property Manager at Canter Chase and has been in property management for 15 years and considers it a passion. She loves being able to help people in their homes as well as think outside of the box with ways to save and make money for her company.
She is originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan and has her BA in Communication from the University of Toledo. Canter Chase has been her favorite community to manage and she has been there since December 2017. She considers her staff to be like family and loves working at a naturally beautiful property which has been taken care of so well throughout the years.
