About The PropertyCardinal Hill Gardens is proud to be a privately owned and managed property in South Louisville. They like to think of themselves as more of a community rather than just apartments and they have many long-term residents that call the property home.
Throughout the year, they host events to help strengthen their client-tenant relationships such as Trunk-or-Treat, a Resident Appreciation cookout, an Easter Egg Hunt, and a Holiday Party in December. Building a strong relationship between residents and community staff is a big factor in their success. |

The property is lucky to have owners and staff members that value the property and keep it well-maintained and updated. They offer attractive and affordable housing that is perfect for families looking for a convenient living space in Louisville. They are consistently doing their best to keep their 132 residential units, as well as their two commercial units, up-to-date and filled with residents who value the community as much as the staff do.
Nicole Wright is the Property Manager at Cardinal Hill Gardens. She started working there in August of 2010 as a favor to the then Property Manager who was having health issues. She only planned on staying a year or so, however that favor has turned into a career that she is now passionate about. Nicole feels a deep sense of satisfaction, both as the Property Manager and as an on-again-off-again resident since 1999, in this place and wants to ensure it’s as much of a home to the other residents as it is to her. She honestly feels that she loves her job and the company that she works for…well, most days anyway! Such is the life of a Property Manager!!!
