Century Belmont Station
About The Property
Century Belmont Station, formerly Victory Knoll Apartments, was first occupied in 2019 and completed in 2020. In 2021, Centennial Holding Company LLC purchased the 470 unit property and appointed First Communities as its management partner. Both companies are headquartered in Atlanta.
Centennial’s assets are operated under the Century brand; thus, the name change to Century Belmont Station. All Century communities are focused on superior resident service and offer a convenient living experience in locations near centers of employment, shopping, transportation, and entertainment in thriving areas of the Southeast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic. Each community offers a range of on-site amenities and a fresh, contemporary living environment. And Century Belmont Station is no exception! There are 17 floorplans to choose from in 1, 2 and 3-bedroom styles with 470 total units.

The fitness center and resident lounge are located inside a 6,000 square foot clubhouse!
Century Belmont residents are accustomed to prompt service and excellent communication, and the team works hard to deliver! Site management is headed by Dave Zukowski who has worked in the multifamily business for seven years in Louisville and Lexington. He is assisted by Mariah Gray, who has worked at three properties in Louisville over several years. Leasing is handled by Crystal Goodyear and Dustin Allen, who bring a strong knowledge of sales and customer service to the team. Maintenance, always a key performance indicator for resident retention is handled by Jerry Minor, Chris Canter and Austin Yaroma.
The team invites anyone to stop in, say hello and check out their property!
