About The Property
Clearwater Farm offers garden-style apartments in a beautiful setting, which used to be old farmland. History meets the modern world in their unique clubhouse, which was originally the farmhouse on the property and is now a recognized and restored landmark.
Construction of Clearwater Farm began in 2007-2008. Clearwater Farm consists of 472 2-story units. Since Venterra acquired the property in November 2019, they have added a playground, package lockers, installed smart home bundles, grilling area and pool gazebos. Fun Fact is there is a cemetery on the property!

Theresa Brown has been with Clearwater Farm since November 2019 working with Venterra. However she has been in property management for 12 years. She loves meeting new people, building relationships with residents and vendors, and most of all meeting and working with other people in the industry.
