Property Manager Melissa Fontaine has been in property management for 5 years. She began her property management journey in California, where she started as a Leasing Agent. She was promoted to an Assistant Manager position in her first 9 months and was chosen to help manage a brand new property for lease up.
She moved to Kentucky in March of 2017 and continued her Assistant Management journey at Germantown Mill Lofts. She then took on a position at Renaissance St Andrews and was promoted to Property Manager of Cooper Creek just 10 months later. She says she has never loved a property as much as she loves Cooper Creek and she pours her heart into the property every day!
