About The Property
Crowne at the Summit opened its doors in 2001 and is the one and only community operated by Crowne Partners, Inc. in Kentucky. It’s conveniently located near the Paddock Shops and Kentucky Country Day School. The community is currently under renovation with added and enhanced amenities, to better serve their valued residents. Some of the latest additions include the new “Canine Commons” dog park, Enhanced Fitness Center, Recycling Program, and EV Charging Stations, just to name a few. They also have plans to add even more New or Enhanced amenities over the next year.
Customer Experience is very important to Crowne Partners and the team at Crowne at the Summit. They host many events and giveaways as well as encourage resident feedback on the things they would like to see; but it is not all about the residents. They are also very active in ensuring employee engagement and job satisfaction.
David Skinner is the Community Director at Crowne at the Summit. He started his career almost 20 years ago in Alabama. He began managing Crowne at the Summit in July of 2021 when he moved to Louisville and instantly fell in love with the community and the city. He says everyone he’s met here has been very welcoming and has made him feel at home. He feels extremely proud of his team and looks forward to seeing them grow into the next generation of leaders.
