Eunice's favorite part of Property Management is renovation management. She loves seeing projects from start to finish. She has overseen a major parking lot renovation, has managed installation of more than 600 new windows, and interior tile work rehabilitation, all while staying calm and even toned. She's also a great listener!
In her spare time, Eunice enjoys camping, yard work, and going to Lowe's! She pulls weeds, rents apartments, collects rent, manages maintenance, and does everything else in-between. She wears many hats! The staff at Derby Run are so grateful for Eunice and the joy that she brings to the work environment.
