The team includes Annie Dixon: Relocation Specialist, Mariah Gray: Assistant Community Manager, Duce Martinez: Maintenance Supervisor, and Glen Grissom: Maintenance Tech, and Daniel Allison: Community Manager. They take pride in hosting several events throughout the year for their residents including food truck events, monthly resident events and holiday parties. Personalizing the guest experience with warmth and building rapport have created several opportunities to help resident retention and overall guest experience grow. Daniel Allison, Community Manager, has been in the multifamily industry for 18 years, and started his career as a leasing agent in Indianapolis. Daniel graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Tourism, Convention and Event Management. Over the years, Daniel has grown from a leasing agent to property manager on all types of assets from young to old. In 2021, Daniel and team were the receipts of Property Improvement of the Year for Oxmoor Apartment Homes. In 2014, Daniel earned his CAM designation through the NAA. Daniel has a strong passion and love for the industry and looks forward to continuing to grow into his next role as well as continuing to make an impact by being involved with LAA initiatives.
