Amanda Givan currently serves as Area Community Manager for Cardinal Group Management. She started her career eight years ago in Bowling Green, KY as a Leasing Consultant and has also held the Assistant Manager, Community Manager, and now Area Manager position. Amanda has managed communities from a 23 year old value-add to brand new Class A lease-ups. Amanda is an active member of the Louisville Apartment Association and sits on the Managers Key Council. She holds the Certified Apartment Manager designation from the National Apartment Association as well as her National Property Compliance Certification from Novogradac.
