Hampton Place has 4 amazing on site staff members. The maintenance supervisor, Brian Warner, and maintenance tech, Katie Wilson. In the rental office they have assistant property manager, Monya Appleton, service coordinator, Kendra Harris, and property manager, Courtney Meng. Courtney has been in the industry for about 9 years and joined Hampton Place in 2018. She started as assistant property manager and worked her way to property manager in June of 2021. Courtney believes in hard work, dedication and has a passion to make an impact and enhance every experience for her staff, community, and future residents.
