Eunice Stout is the Property Manager for Derby Run and Jefferson Square Apartments at Research Properties, Inc. for over 9 years. She loves to stop by to talk with her residents and is dedicated to making her customers happy. She thrives on a clean, well-kept property and you may see her out picking up trash or taking pictures of the lovely flowers and trees. She is always involved in the renovation of the properties and has overseen several large projects such as new windows, new doors and several parking lot renovations. Eunice contributes her success to her dedicated maintenance staff and awesome assistant, Jennifer.

In her spare time, Eunice loves vacationing, camping and spending time with her family and friends. She loves being outside in her yard, cutting grass, planting flowers and listening to classic rock. Eunice has a great sense of humor and a passion for caring. She is always willing to listen and seek advice from her residents and staff. Jennifer, the Assistant Manager, has an accounting background and has recently been #1 in sales. She enjoys leasing and helping people find homes. Jennifer enjoys getting to know the residents of the community and build relationships.
