Shannon Coots has been the Community Director / Property Manager at Ledgewood since 2012. She started in the industry as a housekeeper in 2006 in Tampa, Florida, moving up to Assistant Manager within a year.
In 2010 Shannon moved back home to Louisville as a property manager with PMR and then moved over with Brookside Management to Ledgewood. Shannon’s mom has been in the industry all her life, so it is just natural. She says she learned a lot from her as a leader, including how important a great team is for success and to always take care of your Work Family.
Shannon and her Team have built their community as neighbors not just residents. Never afraid to get their hands dirty, plunge a toilet, tuck pointing buildings, or find leaks under a building to assist and help keep relationships strong among their Ledgewood Family and being there for their residents the best they can.

Thank you to Shannon and the team at Ledgewood for being a part of the LAA!
