Karesa Phillips is the Property Manager at Legends and has been in the Multi Family Industry since 2016. She started with a company in Largo, Florida as a leasing consultant and quickly moved to an Assistant Manager position with that company. She and her husband moved back to Louisville in 2019 and Karesa started working with Bluestone in April that year. She was promoted to Property Manager in October of 2020! Karesa says she loves the company's standards and overall attitude that is set in place for managers.
