About The Property
Lofts on Ormsby Apartments is owned and managed by Denton-Floyd Real Estate Group. They offer a great location and value for their Studio, Super Studio and One Bedroom floor plans. Located in the heart of Old Louisville, minutes away from downtown, Fourth Street Live, and the University of Louisville, residents can easily find an activity to fit their active lifestyle. The property also has easy access to Central Park, TARC, as well as I-65, 64, 264, and 265.
Formerly known as Park Chateau, Lofts on Ormsby is now under new management/ownership and making necessary renovations throughout the building. The unit renovations include: Queen- size Murphy beds and mattresses (for most Studio and Super Studio floor plans), new paint and laminate flooring, new cabinets, countertops, and appliances in all kitchens, as well as new plumbing and other finishes. The build- ing itself is also receiving updates in the form of new flooring and paint for each hallway, a brand-new community level (including a game room and fitness center), and a pool!
Sydney Graham has been in property management since 2016, where she began as an Office Assistant at another Denton-Floyd property. She then worked her way up to APM and now Community Manager. She has held the Community Manager position at Lofts on Ormsby since 2018 and has been part of the entire renovation process, which began in April 2019 and will finish in August 2020. Sydney enjoys assisting residents, marketing the quirks of Old Louisville, and takes pride in the growth that the community has seen throughout its transition. She also appreciates that each day is different and the knowledge she has gained from her experiences in the industry.
Yet, Sydney would not be able to complete her job, and manage the renovation, without her amazing maintenance staff, Kevin Williams and Larry Flaherty. Larry has worked on property for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge of the building; Kevin has worked on property since 2018 and is well-versed in all aspects of maintenance and contract work. Both have been essential in not only maintaining Lofts and its residents, but also leasing, and assisting with the many vendors on site every day. As a team, Sydney, Kevin and Larry are dedicated to making Lofts on Ormsby a welcoming environment and home for their residents!
