About The Property
The Lory of Louisville is a hidden gem tucked in a wooded area off Shelbyville Road. The property boasts granite countertops, updated fixtures and appliances, nest thermostats, usb plug ins, large closets, tons of storage, and much more! The property was remodeled starting in 2015 and completed in 2016. The property was recently purchased in 2020 and more updates were completed in the same year.
The staff take pride in their property and residents. Customer Service is their number one priority! The team enjoys meeting and exceeding the goals put in place by their Management Company and owners.
Christy Hale is the Property Manager and has been in the business for 11 years now. She started as a leasing agent, and within 7 months, was promoted to Property Manager. She will be celebrating 4 years at the Lory of Louisville in May of 2022. She had the honor of being awarded Property Manager of the year by Gateway Management in 2021. Christy says she loves her job, and enjoys mentoring others, so she assists in training new employees throughout the company. Her and her staff have been a team for over 2 years, and she says she couldn't be productive without them.
