At Middletown Landing, enjoy resort-style apartment living with a neighborhood feel. With 646 units, they have a variety of different townhome style apartments. The property was built in 2 different phase, with the first one starting in 2014 and the second one in 2016. Apartments include porch/patio, hardwood flooring attached garage and washer/dryer in-home. Their great amenities include an outdoor pool & patio, sand volleyball court, fitness club, ample green space and full-service bar and restaurant on-site, The Goat.
Greystar recently started managing the property at the end of 2021. Shari Blanchard is the Property Manager. She has been in property management for 25 years and this is her 3rd time working for Greystar. Her onsite team consists of Sophia, who has been at the property the longest at just over 2 years, MJ who has been in the industry for about 12 years and Susan who is new to the business.
