Post Oak, a 126-unit community in Lyndon, consists of 1 and 2 bedroom garden-style and unique 2 story loft style apartments. Since purchasing the property in 2018, Schatten Properties has completed many major improvements. This quaint property is small but offers big customer service. The team strives to keep their residents engaged with quarterly check ins and social events such as food truck nights and occasional contests. Schatten has been a name in the multifamily industry in the southeast for over 60 years. They proudly own and manage close to 4000 units currently in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Carolyne Davis is the Property Manager at Post Oak and has been in the property management industry for about 15 years now. She loves getting to meet so many different people and working to try to bring the residents together as a community. Michael Winn, a Louisville Native who recently moved back from south Florida, is the Leasing Consultant and comes from a background in HOA management for condos! With an outgoing personality, he manages to connect with prospective residents in such a way that they are staying 100% leased almost every month!
Damien Beck has been in the industry for a few years and as Maintenance Supervisor is instrumental in keeping up with the work orders, turns and vendor relationships. Damien played a key role in getting the pool open. He couldn’t have done it without the help of Hector Jimenez, his right hand guy! Hector hails from Venezuela via Miami and the team feels lucky to have him on their staff.
