Jessica Palmer has been in the multifamily industry for 5 years, and started her career as an assistant manager in Louisville KY where she won Rising Star for the IRT Louisville area. Jessica was promoted in 2019 to Prospect Park and has grown in the role each and every year. Jessica loves the adventure that Property Management brings. She believes that resident retention start with the first conversation. Customer service and communication is vital in this industry.
Angelina Thurman is the Assistant Manager at Prospect Park, where she has won and earned the title of Top Converter for the summer of 2022. With over 12 years of experience in the housing industry, Angelina has an excellent reputation as a highly competent and honest housing professional. She maintains solid connections through community involvement in the local community on both a professional and personal level.
Jeremie is the service manager who has had over 20 years in the industry. He has been with Prospect Park since December of 2021 and was promoted to Service Manager May of 2022. He is very knowledgeable and communicates very well with our residents. He is a great asset to the team!
