About The Property
Royal Gardens is a 240 unit complex located in the South End of Louisville. They offer one and two bedroom units. They are centrally located and are surrounded by several restaurants, shops and parks. The Management team consists of Manager Tiffany Kehs and Assistant Kayla Reece. They have been at Royal Gardens together for almost 8 years! Tiffany started at the smallest property in the portfolio and worked her way up to the largest, Royal Gardens. She also has the role of Regional Manager for the area.
The team prides themselves on staff retention and some of the maintenance at Royal Gardens has been there for almost 20 years. They are a family owned business and the support from the owners really contribute to the teams retention and happiness.
