Kyle Reeves is the Property Manager for Springs at La Grange. He started in the industry in 2018 as a leasing agent for a student based property in Lexington, KY. In early 2019, he was promoted to Property Manager of a new lease up community and in 2022 he joined the Springs and Continental family here in Louisville.
The Springs team is made up of Brandon Sparks, Leasing Agent, who joined the Springs Family when they opened in October 2019. Stacey Walker, Assistant Community Manager, who joined the Springs Family in June 2021 with over 25 years of experience in the industry. And Chris Gilpatrick, Maintenance Supervisor, who joined the Springs Family in October 2021 as a maintenance tech and was quickly promoted to maintenance supervisor.
