About The Property
Stonewater by Arium was recently bought in July 2021 by Beitel and managed by Carrol. They have 236 apartments and are currently undergoing a renovation. They are so excited for everything that is happening. New wood plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, new lighting & more inside the apartments. On the property, they are moving the office upstairs in a few months & adding a new business center, enlarged gym & yoga room, a bark park, outside lounge & grilling station. 2022 will be the year of transformation!
Christie Wilkinson has been the Property Manager at Stonewater since 2018. She has been in the property management business for 30 years now. She is excited about the renovations at the property and cannot wait to get her new office! The Assistant Property Manager is AJ, who has worked at the property since 2019. She has been in the business 15 years and is great with residents & prospects.
The Maintenance Supervisor, Brandon, has been with the team since 2021. He is so diligent on keeping up with the work orders. Making sure they are done as quick as possible, even though they have been short one maintenance person. Donnie, the tech, has also been at the property since 2021 and has been a great help to Brandon. They make such a great team and a wonderful work family.
