About The Property
Terraces is a young 20 years old and was built in 2000. They are a gorgeous gated community fully staffed with an award-winning maintenance and office team. The Terraces Family of residents have access to a 24 hour fully updated fitness center, tanning bed, year round BBQ area, sparkling pool, Car Care center with vacuum, Bark Park and so much more. The newly updated homes have gorgeous, brand new beveled edge counters, all stainless appliances, gorgeous hard wood floors, onyx cabinets and all brushed nickel finishes.
Residents events are a favorite for the staff at the Terraces! They have a HUGE pool party every year complete with catered food and everyone gets a new beach towel to start the season off right. They also host monthly Pop Up lunches in the clubhouse, collect donations each year for the Salvation Army Angel Tree, have a Resident Facebook Bingo, offer contests for free Derby and Oaks tickets, Paint and Sip nights and that’s just to name a few of the things they do! They truly do love their residents!
Andi Weis has been with Michelson Realty as the Property Manager at the Terraces since August of 2009. In 2015 she was promoted within the company to Area Manager and oversees other properties in the Michelson Portfolio in addition to the Terraces.
