Ashley Harlan has been with Brookside since 2016 and she has been the Property Manager at The Avery for one year! She has lived on the property for over 2 years and is proud to call the community home. This has been her favorite property to be a part of since starting her career in the multi-family housing industry.

They have also recently had several renovations done on the property! Some of the improvements they’ve made include granite counter tops, new light fixtures, stainless and black appliances, and more! Another exciting amenity they’ve added is a dog park and they are currently under construction for a fitness center! In addition, they also offer a 24 hour clothes center, beautiful swimming pool & playground. The Avery is open seven days a week, so stop in and see them today!
She feels that she has the most amazing staff and everything she has achieved wouldn’t have been possible without her assistant, Kristie Brown. They have awesome residents, several of whom have lived at the property for over 20 years and have became like family to her and the team. Ashley and her staff are excited for all the new changes at their community. And they are passionate about helping their residents love where they live!
