The Devonshire Apartments is a wonderful community located next to everything! The property is in the city of Lyndon, and is just 6 minutes away from Oxmoor and St. Matthews Mall. Devonshire offers a variety of 1 to 3 bedroom apartments, a laundry facility and a pool.
In the last 5 years they have upgraded their apartment fixtures, replaced balconies, upgraded the quality of the communities pool to salt water, and paved the parking lot. At Devonshire, they take pride in the relationships they form with each of their residents and work hard to be a great community for them to call home!

As of January, Jenn Holdren is the new Property Manager at the Devonshire Apartments. Jenn professionally trained and showed horses for 15 years and obtained multiple world champions before joining the team. Aya James is the Assistant Property Manager and has been with Devonshire since 2017 and knows almost every resident by name. Leasing Consultant, Susan Bingham, has been with Devonshire for the last 3 years. She is the 1st friendly face you see when you enter the office, and when she’s not at work, you can find her sun bathing by the pool.
Doug Spencer is the Maintenance Supervisor and his team consists of Maintenance Technicians John Mills, Ryan Headley, and Grounds Keeper Anthony Conrad. Doug is a strong leader with vast experience. Devonshire is very proud to have a knowledgeable team that works hard together and value the residents and the property.
