The Enclave at Breckenridge by ARIUM is a property that began renovations in October of 2021 to add to the original structure from 1971. They are a welcoming, stress-free community and promote inclusive, welcoming and confident apartment style homes right in the heart of Louisville. The area has much to offer from a variety of cuisines to the events being held to engage the kiddos. The team at the Enclave aims to help make a comfortable transition to your new home. Mel Gaskill is the Property Manager at the Enclave. He is originally from New Jersey, enjoys cooking and says that he loves he job and would never leave. Tammy Dickerson is the Assistant Property Manager. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and is originally from Kansas. The two Leasing Consultants include Katie Brumback and Kiara Seth. Katie enjoys cleaning, gardening, wood working, helping others and leaving a positive impact. Kiara loves singing and creative dancing. The Maintenance Team includes Maintenance Supervisor Josh Wells, and James Thompson and Bill Leach.
