The Pointe at Stoneybrook has 130 units and was built in 1995. They offer a range of floor plans including, 70 Townhomes (3 bedrooms 2 ½ bath ) and 60 2 bedroom / 2 bath garden style apartments. All apartments have full size washer/dryer connections. They are an affordable housing community (LIHTC) that is located in the desirable J-Town area. They are walking distance to grocery stories, shopping, and lots of restaurants.
Laura Cronk is the Property Manager and has been at the property since 2014. Melissa Luciano is the Leasing Specialist and has been at the property since 2019. Maintenance Lead Ronald Allen and Maintenance Technician Tyree Jones work diligently every day to take care of the residents needs.
