About The Property
The Willows is a 310-unit apartment and townhome community nestled within the Plainview and Hurstbourne neighborhoods and sits on 19-acres of park-like greenspace. The community is wrapping up their extensive renovation project which includes a collection of fully redesigned apartments and townhomes! The renovations include brand new kitchens, bathrooms, custom walk-in closets, new cabinetry, quartz countertops, and more! In addition to the newly renovated apartments, The Willows has added and upgraded several lifestyle amenities to the community including a Pet Spa, Cycle Hub, Car Wash Station, newly renovated Fitness Center and Refreshment Center, and an Amazon Hub.
They have a team of 7 employees who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to create a simple and desirable lifestyle. Kristen Taft is the Property Manager at The Willows. She graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing in 2013 and began working at NTS Development that same year. Kristen started her career with NTS as a Leasing Associate at Hurstbourne Grand Apartments where she was then promoted to Assistant Manager in 2014. Then, in 2015 she transitioned to The Willows as the Property Manager and has been there ever since!
In addition to the recent $10 million property wide renovation, Kristen has been instrumental in overseeing a seamless property refinance, property wide green initiative and several large community improvements to enhance the resident experience.
Overseeing the renovations of The Willows has been one of the most rewarding and challenging achievements in her career. The Willows Apartments has been well-known throughout the community, and although we have rediscovered The Willows through the renovations, the community continues to have the welcoming “homey” and neighborhood feeling that continues to draw in new residents—and even bring back previous residents for another stay at The Willows!
