University Park Apartments
About The Property
University Park Apartments is especially designed for the comfort of those individuals seeking a lifestyle that is tranquil and peaceful, yet convenient to everything. Their community has well-maintained grounds and a walking track for your leisure time enjoyment. They are close to Belknap Campus, hospitals, shopping, schools, child-care & fine-dining. With easy access to all that the city has to offer, it’s a great place to call home!
University Park Apartments is also home to one of Louisville’s best kept secret, The Grotto and Garden. Originally built in 1927, the Grotto and Garden was once home to the Saint Joseph Infirmary. The infirmary has long since been destroyed. Today, the University Park Apartments stands in its place, but thanks to a revitalization project put together by the Saint Joseph’s Area Association, the beautiful Grotto and Garden remains after nearly a century. This unique landmark adds to the peaceful, quaint setting of the property.

And don’t forget, they’re only minutes away from Louisville's cultural attractions...KFC Yum! Center, 4th Street Live, Actor's Theatre, Louisville Slugger Field & Museum, IMAX, Waterfront & Extreme Park. Reduce some of your stress ~ make your home at University Park Apartments!
Marsha Joslin is the Property Manager at University Park. She has been with Brown Capital LLLP for two years, and hasn’t
regretted a second of it! This is her second career, she was previously in the corporate sector in positions in various finance departments. In her previous roles she was always at a desk and didn't have much interaction with her customers. One of the aspects that she loves most about property management is meeting and getting to know the residents, along with the office work too. She feels that being a Property Manager gives her the best of both worlds and is a perfect balance! |
Thanks to Marsha and the stellar team at University Park for being a part of the LAA!
And thanks again to Purofirst for sponsoring this week's edition of Where Are We Wednesday!
