Allison Zimmerman is the Property Manager at Upton Oxmoor. She graduated from Transylvania University with a B.A. in Political Science in 2010. After a brief stint of working in politics, she decided to take a position with NTS Development and has been with the company ever since!
Allison started as a leasing associate at The Overlook at St. Thomas where she was then promoted to assistant manager in 2014, and property manager in 2015. In January 2020 she transitioned into managing NTS’ newest community, Upton Oxmoor. She always knew managing a lease up would bring a unique set of challenges, but nothing could have prepared her for doing this job during a global pandemic.

Her team was quick to pivot their marketing and leasing strategies that ensured they continued to meet every leasing goal ahead of schedule. Being a part of a property from the ground up and watching Upton Oxmoor transition from a construction site to a community has been one of the most exciting and rewarding experiences Allison has had in her career.
